Wedding & Event Florals
From an intimate elopement to a 200-guest reception, our wedding team handles the whole arc — consultation, proposal, mock-up preview, and wedding-day delivery and install across the Portland metro.
The Process
Every wedding moves through the same disciplined sequence — because the flowers are only as good as the planning and communication behind them.
It starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. We meet at the studio on SE Division (or over video for out-of-town couples) to talk through your venue, date, color palette, and budget. Bring inspiration photos if you have them — Pinterest boards, a swatch of your bridesmaids’ dresses, whatever gives us a feel for your vision. Most consultations run 45–60 minutes, and we recommend booking one 4–6 months before your wedding date, sooner if you’re marrying during peak season (May–September).
Within a week of your consultation, you’ll receive a written proposal: flower selections by season and availability, a full line-item quote, and reference photos for every piece — bouquets, boutonnières, ceremony florals, centerpieces, whatever your day calls for. We revise it as many times as it takes to get the palette and budget right before you sign off. No surprise costs added later.
For full-service weddings, we build a sample centerpiece or bouquet mock-up roughly 3–4 weeks before your date, once seasonal stock is confirmed. You’ll see the actual flowers, the actual container, the actual scale — not just a sketch. This is your last chance to swap a variety or adjust proportions before we lock in wholesale orders.
About two weeks out we confirm final headcounts, delivery windows, and venue load-in logistics with you and your planner (or day-of coordinator, if you don’t have one — we work directly with venues all the time). This is also when the balance of your invoice is due. We lock in every stem order with our growers at this point, so changes get harder after this call.
On the day itself, your assigned designer and crew arrive at the agreed load-in time with everything built, boxed, and ready: bouquets and boutonnières delivered to the getting-ready suite, ceremony florals and arch installed on-site, and reception centerpieces placed table by table before guests arrive. We stay through final walkthrough so nothing’s left to chance, and we return after the reception for any rented arch or arbor hardware.
What’s Covered
Bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and flower crowns — designed to match your palette and hold up through a full day of photos.
Arch and arbor florals, aisle arrangements, altar pieces, and welcome-table displays. We build arches to fit your venue’s actual dimensions, not a generic size.
Table centerpieces at any scale from low garden-style clusters to tall compote arrangements, plus bud vases, runners, and cake-table florals.
Full floral arches, hanging installations, and statement moments for ceremony backdrops or reception focal points — engineered and struck by our crew, not left for the venue staff.
Budget Guidance
Every wedding is custom-quoted after your consultation — these ranges are a starting point, not a menu.
From $600 — bridal bouquet, one or two boutonnières, and a simple ceremony piece or arch accent for an intimate gathering under 30 guests.
From $1,500 — the range most Portland-area weddings land in: personal flowers for the wedding party, ceremony arch, and reception centerpieces for 100–150 guests.
$3,500 and up — full floral installs, welcome dinners, rehearsal florals, and elaborate structural work. We’ll scope this in detail during your consultation.
